By creating an account or using any GetURL.in service — including our link shortener, analytics dashboard, and API — you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Analytics
Viewing click data for your own links
API Access
Integrating via our API under your plan limits
Prohibited
Spam, malware, phishing, or illegal content
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly forbidden on our platform.
Distributing spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messaging using shortened links.
Linking to content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt any part of the GetURL.in infrastructure.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any other person or entity.
Using automated bots to generate artificial click traffic or manipulate analytics data.
3 Account Suspension & Termination
GetURL.in reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your shortened links may be deactivated and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Disclaimers & Liability
Important limitations you should be aware of.
GetURL.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for the content of any destination URLs created by users.
Our liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $10.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for best-effort availability.
5 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on your dashboard. Continued use of GetURL.in after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
